Solwake Support

Solwake is a sunrise alarm. It sets tomorrow's alarm from the sunrise at your location, never earlier or later than the limits you choose, and never with less sleep than you asked for.

Common questions

• The alarm did not ring. On iPhone, Solwake uses the system alarm (Settings → Solwake → Alarms must be allowed). Keep the app installed; it does not need to stay open.
• The alarm time looks wrong. Check the location on the home screen and the "Never before / Never after" guards in Settings. Minimum sleep wins over everything else when you go to bed late.
• Restore a Pro purchase. Settings → Pro → Restore purchases, signed in with the same App Store account.
• Cancel Pro. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not inside the app.
